1. What products does thecardgold offer?
We specialize in Pokémon TCG products, including booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), tins, single cards, and collector sets. All our products are 100% authentic and factory sealed, unless otherwise specified.
2. Are your products authentic?
Yes! All products sold on thecardgold are guaranteed authentic. We source directly from trusted distributors to ensure you get genuine, sealed merchandise every time.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned—international shipping may be coming soon!
4. How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
5. Will I get tracking information?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but cancellations are only allowed before the order is shipped. A 20% cancellation fee may apply to cover overhead and loss of inventory opportunity. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. Do you accept refunds if the product price drops after I buy it?
No. Due to market volatility, we do not offer refunds for price changes after a purchase. Likewise, we will never increase your price if the market value rises.
9. My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@thecardgold.shop with photos of the issue. We will investigate and make it right.
