Pre-Orders
A pre-order is an order placed prior to the official release date of a product. When you place a pre-order, you enter your information and complete the checkout process as usual; however, the item will not be shipped until it becomes officially available.
Pre-ordering guarantees that you will receive the item once it’s in stock and may even allow for delivery on the official release date. Waiting until the product is live may reduce your chances of securing it—especially for limited-release or high-demand items.
Shipping of Pre-Orders
- Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
- Orders containing pre-ordered items and in-stock products (such as packs or supplies) may be held until the pre-order item is available.
- If you want your in-stock items shipped immediately, we recommend placing a separate order for those items and not combining them with pre-orders.
- We do not consolidate multiple pre-orders for future combined shipment.
Important Notes Regarding Pre-Orders
- Pre-order purchases and pricing are binding.
- We do not adjust prices due to market fluctuations. The price you pay at checkout is final, even if the market price drops before the release date.
- In rare or special cases, we may approve cancellation of a pre-order by request only. If approved:
- The refund will be issued in the form of thecardgold store credit only.
- A 50% pre-order cancellation fee will be applied.
- No exceptions will be made regarding refund method or fee waiver.
